2. Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the food industry, quality control, halal certification, or regulatory compliance is a plus.
3. Training: Completion of halal auditing training (e.g., OIC/SMIIC, GSO, ES) is an advantage. HACCP or ISO 22000 is also an advantage.
4. Shariah Knowledge: Understanding of Islamic dietary laws and halal guidelines.
5. Language Skills: Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an asset.
6. Personal Attributes: Integrity, attention to detail, and ethical conduct.
7. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel and abide by the HACCS code of conduct.
